Refund & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If you receive a standard-sized product (S, M, L, XL, XXL) that does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size of the same design. The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and carry all original tags and packaging.

2. Custom Stitched & Altered Orders

Please note: Any outfit that has been custom stitched, modified, or altered based on individual measurement specifications submitted by the client is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a clear manufacturing error or transit damage.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged in transit or has a major fabrication defect:

• You must notify us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
• Mandatory: Please provide a clear, uncut package opening video showing the outer seal being broken and highlighting the damage. This is required by our courier partners to process damage claims.
• Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement piece immediately at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned package reaches our boutique in Goniana, Punjab and passes our quality inspection:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account/card) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be disbursed via UPI transfer or bank transfer to details provided by the customer.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
