1. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features (like your dashboard, address list, or order history), you must create a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior or violate safety regulations.

2. Custom Sizing & Product Variations

Because all our suits are handcrafted, including hand-painting and manual Aari/Zardozi embroidery, minor variations in design, color shading, and motifs are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

For custom-stitched orders, customers must submit accurate sizing charts. We construct garments exactly based on the dimensions provided. We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect dimensions submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment Policy

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We offer prepaid payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if phone verification fails prior to dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All content on this website, including designs, photography, logo elements, video clips, and text descriptions, is the sole property of Suit Patiala Shahi (registered trademark). Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reuse of our media files for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab.
